
Administrative Director
The Administrative Director position is a dynamic role. The ideal candidate would be quick on their feet, extremely organized, a strong writer, a good communicator, interested in arts and culture, and willing and able to commit as much time as necessary to the club. Responsibilities of the role are at the discretion of the President, but some duties may include: management of our website, assistance in administrative tasks, monitoring emails, etc.

Communications Associate
Communications Associates aid the Communications Director in the creation and execution of all promotional content for Artistry. You will work with the Communications Director and a group of Communication Associates in order to establish and execute the overall communications vision of the magazine. Additionally, a Collateral Designer, who is responsible for creating all the visuals for any promotional materials, will be at the disposal of the Communications Team.
The Communications Associate position is a predominantly creative role. You are strongly encouraged to voice your opinions and express your ideas for our communications vision. Common responsibilities include posting on Instagram and Facebook, contributing to our monthly newsletter, and brainstorming new and interesting ways to promote Artistry. The ideal candidate has an interest in communications and social media, is creative and organized.

Editing experience is preferred although not required, but a strong command of language is necessary to succeed in this role. The managing editor position is a dynamic role, and will likely evolve over time depending on the selected candidates interests and skill sets.
The managing editor supports the editor-in-chief by helping with editorial emails, managing spreadsheets, and copy editing articles that come through. The role is more administrative, and works with the communications teams regarding marketing and social media. The main goal is to try and promote the club, and help market us effectively.

Head of Design & Head of Photography
The Head of Design's job is to manage all staff Designers and Illustrators and ensure the quality of all visual materials for Artistry Magazine and any extraneous needs. The Head of Design is responsible for representing the magazine in a public and visual way.

Design Team
Artistry is looking for new designers and talent to apply for the design team. We want to start focusing a lot more on the design role and integrate more people into being a part of the team. You will be working under the Heads of Design, as well as the Creative Director to ensure the quality of the design and visuals of the magazine are as great as they can be!
